Job Summary

Indian Surgical Company is looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure the proper storage and movement of goods. The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with the purchase, sales, and dispatch departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily stock records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Receive, inspect, and verify goods against purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of products.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department about low-stock items.
- Maintain inward and outward registers and update inventory records regularly.
- Coordinate with the purchase, sales, and dispatch teams for timely material movement.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained properly.




- Prepare stock reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow company procedures for inventory control and material handling.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of surgical and medical products, wherever applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Previous experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory management will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of stock registers, inventory records, and stock reconciliation.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments and work within deadlines.

Experience

- Freshers with basic computer knowledge may apply.
- Experienced candidates in store management, inventory control, or medical/surgical product handling will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
