Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Incharge to manage construction materials, maintain inventory records, and ensure the timely availability of materials at civil construction project sites. The candidate will be responsible for material receipt, storage, issuance, stock monitoring, and coordination with the purchase and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations at civil construction project sites.
- Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, inward and outward records, and material issue slips.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely material procurement.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requisitions.
- Maintain proper records of cement, steel, sand, aggregates, bricks, blocks, plumbing materials, electrical materials, tools, and other construction supplies.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage, shortages, and damaged materials.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Maintain records of material transfers, returns, scrap, and unused materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Purchase, Accounts, and Admin teams.




- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
- Maintain all supporting documents for material audits and project records.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; Civil Engineering or relevant qualifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–10 years of experience in store management, preferably in the civil construction industry.
- Experience handling materials at construction project sites is preferred.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Experience maintaining stock registers and material documentation.
- Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.
- Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple material transactions accurately.
- Solid attention to detail and responsibility.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
