Designation: Store Executive

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and maintain inventory records.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain proper stock of transformer materials, electrical components, raw materials, and spare parts.
- Issue materials to the production department as per authorized material requisitions.
- Maintain inward and outward registers and update stock entries in Excel.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments regarding material availability.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of materials.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned department about material shortages.




- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and other store-related documents.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper utilization of store space.

Required Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or Graduate in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or transformer company.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Knowledge of stock registers, material inward/outward, and GRN.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Candidate A candidate with experience handling electrical materials, copper, aluminium, CRGO steel, transformer accessories, and other manufacturing materials will be preferred.
