We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Steward to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Kitchen Sanitation: Operate commercial dishwashers; wash and sanitize pots, pans, glassware, and cutlery.

- Equipment Care: Inspect, polish, and properly store tableware and kitchen equipment.

- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep floors clean, manage waste disposal, and maintain deep-cleaning schedules.

- Dining Support: Assist front-of-house staff by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables quickly.

- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of crockery and glassware, reporting any breakage or shortages.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a steward or in a kitchen/hospitality support role is a plus.

- Strong commitment to health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge preferred).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

- Positive teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
