- Job Purpose To provide excellent guest service by ensuring timely food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and creating a pleasant dining experience for guests in accordance with Nandhana Palace service standards.
- Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Operations

- Welcome guests courteously and assist them with seating as required.
- Present menus and assist guests with basic menu-related queries.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Ensure timely service, attend to guest requests, and coordinate with the Captain for special requirements.
- Explicit tables promptly and reset them for the next guests.
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate unresolved issues to the Captain or Restaurant Manager.

Restaurant Cleanliness & Hygiene

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, service stations, and restaurant areas.
- Ensure proper setup of tables, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other service items.
- Follow personal grooming, hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure service equipment is clean and in good condition.
- Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or hygiene concerns to the supervisor.

Team Coordination & Compliance

- Coordinate with kitchen, billing, and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Follow instructions from the Captain and Restaurant Manager.
- Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and service protocols.
- Participate in pre-shift briefings, training sessions, and team meetings.




- Support the team during peak hours, special events, and high-volume operations.
- Follow responsible food-handling practices and minimize food wastage.

3. Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / PUC or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage.
- Prior experience in restaurant or hotel service is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

6. Working Conditions The role requires working in a restaurant environment, standing for extended periods, and supporting operational requirements during peak business hours. The employee must comply with all company policies and service standards.
