Job Responsibilities Steward
- Welcome guests and provide courteous, skilled service.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.
- Set up tables and ensure proper arrangement of cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors for smooth restaurant operations.
- Follow company SOPs, food safety guidelines, and grooming standards.
- Handle guest requests and escalate complaints to the supervisor.
- Minimise wastage and prevent breakage of restaurant equipment.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and teamwork while delivering consistent service standards across all outlets.
