Through hands-on activities, robotics, coding and project-based learning, we help children build curiosity, creativity and problem-solving skills.

Role overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic STEM Trainer to deliver engaging, activity-based STEM sessions to students in schools and learning centres. You will guide students through experiments, models, coding and robotics projects, and help them apply concepts to real-life situations.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct interactive STEM sessions for students from primary to higher-secondary levels
- Teach concepts in robotics, electronics, coding, IoT, 3D design and basic science and maths through hands-on activities
- Follow the company’s curriculum and lesson plans, and adapt delivery to different age groups
- Set up, maintain and manage STEM kits, tools and lab equipment
- Evaluate student progress and share feedback with school coordinators and parents when required
- Support students in preparing for exhibitions, competitions and showcase events
- Maintain session reports,



attendance and training records
- Ensure a safe, disciplined and positive learning environment
- Take part in internal training and upskilling programmes

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechanical or related field)
- Strong understanding of basic science, maths and technology concepts
- Positive communication skills in English and Tamil
- Passion for teaching and working with children
- Willingness to travel to partner schools within Chennai

Preferred qualifications

- Prior experience as a STEM, robotics, coding or science trainer
- Familiarity with Arduino, Scratch, Python, Raspberry Pi or similar platforms
- Experience conducting workshops or classroom sessions
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a passion for teaching are welcome to apply
