Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and well-groomed Steward to manage guest service, food pickup, and day-to-day restaurant service activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating and other requirements.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Pick up food orders from the kitchen and ensure accurate and timely delivery to the tables.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Attend to guest queries, requests, and complaints politely.
- Ensure tables are properly arranged, cleaned, and ready for guests.




- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Ensure cutlery, crockery, and other service items are properly arranged and available.
- Work with team members to ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
- Follow restaurant service standards, grooming guidelines, and hygiene practices.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to manage guests and handle service requests efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service and hygiene.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
