We are looking for a skilled Steam Turbine-cum-Auxiliary Plant Operator to join our team at Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steam turbine operation and auxiliary plant operations.

Roles and Responsibility

- Operate and maintain steam turbines and auxiliary equipment for optimal performance.

Job Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in steam turbine operation or auxiliary plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of steam turbine mechanics, thermodynamics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with colleagues and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to power generation and distribution.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
