HR & Compliance Executive

Location: Marol Naka, Andheri, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly PF ECR, ESIC, and LWF challans/returns, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Handle KYC updates, PF claims/transfers, and PF/ESIC exit formalities through respective portals.
- Prepare and file applicable half-yearly and annual labour law returns and maintain statutory registers and records.
- Conduct labour law compliance audits, identify gaps, verify records, and prepare audit reports with corrective actions.
- Guide PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, LWF, and other applicable labour laws.
- Draft responses to government notices and coordinate with labour, EPFO, and ESIC offices for inspections and follow-ups.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, statutory deductions, and compliance.




- Prepare HR/Compliance MIS reports and support POSH documentation and other HR administrative activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR/payroll and statutory compliance.
- Practical experience with EPFO & ESIC portals, PF ECR, and statutory challans is mandatory.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, CLRA, and other labour laws.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to meet statutory deadlines.
- Experience in labour law audits and government inspections will be an added advantage.
