1. To keep all the P&U; Equipment maintained in the state at the highest level managing the OEM
2. To Manage Governance with RCOM & IP Colo Providers and ensure that the SLAs are met
3. To innovate to bring down energy cost y-o-y
4. Utility Processes, Procedures for O&M; & safety
5. Power System Analysis & Energy Optimization
