- Manage customer portals and create delivery notes.
- Validate price agreements and monitor EDI orders.
- Confirm order details and manage manual order entry.
- Handle order exceptions, send order confirmations, and manage returns.
- Track customer order delivery and issue credit notes.
- Price dispute management and provide technical support.
- Answer customer questions regarding technical issues and forward complex topics and dispute cases to respective responsible functions.
- Analyze internal requests.

Job Requirements




- Education or university degree in business administration, sales, commerce, or any other relevant field.
- Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
- Experience in Order to Cash/Account Receivables/Credits and Collections/Order management/Customer service domain.
- SAP Financials (FICO) is mandatory and SD is an added advantage.
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- Flexibility with shift timing and experience in a 24x5 shift model.
- Service-oriented mindset and proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.
- Overall overview or working experience in controlling, reporting, or data analysis is an added advantage.
- Experienced in a Shared Service Centre setting (ticketing tool, SLA KPIs).
