Role & responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive patient care and nursing services in the General, ICU, and CCU departments.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine care needs and document findings accurately.

- Administer medications safely and monitor patient responses, ensuring adherence to prescribed treatment plans.

- Deliver critical care nursing to patients requiring intensive monitoring and interventions.

- Monitor and record vital signs, promptly identifying and responding to any changes in patient condition.

- Manage wound care, including dressing changes and infection prevention, while educating patients on proper wound management.

- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge procedures to promote understanding and compliance.

- Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing immediate care and stabilization as needed.

- Perform intravenous therapy, including starting and maintaining IV lines, and ensure correct fluid and medication administration.

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and comply with hospital policies.
