- Qualification:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing
- Experience: 1 year and above
- Nursing Registration: Mandatory
- Diaper Care: Compulsory
- Duty Hours: 12 Hours & 24 Hours
- Interview Mode: Video Call / Telephonic Interview
- Salary: 19,000 38,000 per month
- PG/Hostel Accommodation: Available for candidates who opt for itSalary Structure

1. Standard Experience

- Salary: 27,000
- Incentive: 2,000 for 24+ duties
- Travel Allowance: 2,4003,600 (100/150 24 days)
- Approx. Monthly Earning: 31,40032,600

2. Candidates with 4+ Years' Experience

- Salary: 30,000
- Incentive: 2,000 for 24+ duties
- Travel Allowance: 2,4003,600




- Approx. Monthly Earning: 34,400–35,600

3. 24-Hour Live-in Duty

- 500 overtime per 24-hour shift instead of travel allowance for that duty.

Salary figures are indicative. PG/hostel deduction will apply only if the candidate opts for accommodation.

Candidate Preference

- Candidates residing in the city of the opening are preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable travelling up to approximately 15 km to the patient's home.
- Candidate should understand the applicable salary slab, 2,000 incentive for 24+ duties, travel allowance, and 500 overtime for 24-hour live-in duties.
