3. Work on developing the current operational strategy applied to the company with the most recent technology

4. Coordinate with the operations manager to take the required steps after brainstorming and research

5. Optimize the operations in the company

6. Put the suitable operational strategy to fit with the companys culture

7. Implement the operational strategy in the different departments of the company

8. Supervise the strategy, and make sure that all the employees respect this strategy
