Job Summary:**

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, especially in ITSM. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in designing, developing, and customizing solutions, with a solid understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Service Catalog).

Perform hands-on development using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and other platform capabilities.

Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.





Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Work closely with stakeholders, BA teams, and architects to implement requirements.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and application issues.

Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 10 years of strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).

Strong expertise in ITSM processes and ITIL framework.

Proven experience working on core ITSM modules and CMDB.

Experience in custom application development and scoped applications.

Strong knowledge of integration patterns and APIs.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).

CIS-ITSM certification is a strong advantage.

Exposure to additional modules like ITOM / CSM / HRSD is a plus.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
