Key Responsibilities

Hostel Administration & Discipline: Oversee daily operations, maintain strict discipline, conduct daily attendance rounds, and enforce campus and hostel safety protocols.

Student Welfare & Routine: Manage daily routines (study hours, meal times, recreation, lights-out) and support students' emotional, academic, and personal well-being.

Health & Safety: Ensure prompt medical attention during emergencies, maintain first-aid readiness, and coordinate closely with the campus medical infirmary.

Facilities & Supervision: Monitor hostel hygiene, cleanliness, mess food quality, and supervise junior wardens and support staff.

Parent & Management Reporting: Maintain transparent communication with parents regarding student conduct and health, and submit regular operational reports to school leadership.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline with 3–5+ years of experience as a residential warden in a reputable boarding school.

Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills with an approachable personality.

Proficiency in basic administrative reporting and local language communication.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
