- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Salesforce and/or Zoho CRM development.

- Solid understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Support, Marketing).

- Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, LWC basics).

- Experience in developing workflows, automation, and custom modules in Zoho CRM .

- Familiarity with Zoho Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator apps.

- Knowledge of integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Basic understanding of data migration , cleansing, and management tools (eg, Salesforce Data Loader, Zoho Import tools).

Technical Skills:

- Programming: Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Deluge

- Tools: Salesforce Data Loader , Zoho Flow , Postman , Git

- CRM Platforms: Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) , Zoho One Suite

- Reporting: Zoho Reports , Salesforce Reports Dashboards

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or related field.
