Job Summary

We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters with strong expertise in W2 hiring, supporting direct clients and MSP/VMS-based accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing qualified IT professionals, and delivering quality submissions within client timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment, specifically for W2 positions.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Work on direct client requirements and MSP/VMS-based client accounts.
- Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, and client expectations.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, assess communication skills, and validate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, and drive closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, submission reports, and daily productivity metrics.
- Ensure candidate quality, timely submissions,



and compliance with client hiring processes.

Required Skills
- 3–10 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of W2 hiring and US staffing processes.
- Experience working with direct clients and MSP/VMS accounts.
- Good knowledge of US IT technologies, job portals, and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace and meet daily submission and hiring goals.

Preferred: Candidates with proven experience supporting high-volume IT requirements and established MSP/VMS programs. Note: This role is strictly focused on W2 hiring. Experience limited to C2C recruitment will not be sufficient.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
