• Experience working with help desk management system• Using monitoring tools & preventive maintenance techniques• Well versed with Inventory / Asset management processes• Knowledge of Remote control tools (Logmein, VNC, SSH etc) • Managing L2 / L3 level support for Servers & network infrastructure• Expertise in supporting Microsoft Windows 2003 / 2008 / 2012 servers• Experience with managing Linux servers an added advantage• Experience managing virtual environments based on VMware• Experience with cloud services like Office 365, Google Apps, Amazon AWS• Exposure to Network monitoring application• Managing network equipment & managing access policies- Router, Managed switches, Firewalls - web filtering.
