Hiring: Sr. Site Engineer Government Building Projects | Mandi & Residential Projects / Delhi

We are currently looking for a Sr. Site Engineer with relevant experience in government building construction projects & Who has Prior experience working with builders, developers, and independent residential projects to join our project team in IIT Mandi, Himachal Pradesh & Kirandul Township, Chhatisgarh .

Location: IIT Mandi, Himachal Pradesh & Kirandul Township, Chhattisgarh

Experience: 6- 8Years

Salary Budget: 40,000 60,000 per month

Role Overview The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing in office construction activities for government building projects, ensuring execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Hands-on experience in private residential projects.

Key Requirements

6-8 years of experience in civil construction, specifically Govt. building projects.

Must have successfully completed at least 1 -2 government building projects Start to End.

Strong knowledge of site execution,



construction methodology, and project coordination.

Ability to interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.

Familiarity with quality control procedures, safety standards, and government project compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction activities at the project site.

Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.

Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.

Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and material records.

Support timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
