Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales and operational excellence in the Tractors and Farm Equipment (TFE) segment. The role involves enhancing deposit mobilization, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring smooth branch operations. The ideal candidate will have robust sales acumen, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of retail banking and financial instruments.

Responsibilities

Drive deposit growth and cross-sell Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other financial products. Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction across all touchpoints. Manage branch operations, regulatory compliance, and team productivity. Achieve fee income targets and contribute to branch profitability. Collaborate with product, marketing, and vertical teams for service and sales enhancements. Lead and support branch staff with a tactical approach to execution and performance.
