Shri Consultancy is looking for Sr project Engineer to join our energetic team and embark on a rewarding career journey As a Senior Project Engineer, you will lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion on time, within scope, and within budget You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise, and oversee all aspects of project development, from planning and design to implementation and evaluation

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Management:Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets

Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and milestones

Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment

Technical Expertise:Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project designs and solutions meet quality and performance standards

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans

Proactively address and resolve issues that may impact project delivery





Stakeholder Communication:Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management

Provide regular project status updates and reports

Quality Assurance:Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards

Perform quality inspections and reviews as necessary

Cost Control:Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings

Ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints

Documentation:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports

Prepare and submit necessary permits and regulatory documents

Team Leadership:Lead and mentor junior engineers and project team members

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment

Continuous Improvement:Identify process improvements and best practices to enhance project management methodologies

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
