- Monitoring & observability concepts
- Alert/event migration experience
- Major Incident Management workflows
- ServiceNow incident integration
- Production migration & cutover
- Event-noise reduction / alert optimization
- Technical documentation & KT
- Terraform / PagerDuty provider

- Teams / Slack integration
- Broader AIOps experience
- Acts as the technical anchor for PagerDuty implementation
- Understands existing Moogsoft configuration and maps required capabilities to PagerDuty
- Owns PagerDuty platform configuration and implementation standards
- Designs event orchestration, routing, correlation, deduplication and suppression rules
- Configures services, teams, schedules, escalation policies and responder workflows
- Leads technical decisions for PagerDuty implementation
- Supports migration planning, production cutover and stabilization
- Coordinates technically with monitoring, ServiceNow and automation engineers
- Ensures the implementation meets the agreed SOW technical outcomes
- Leads technical documentation and knowledge transfer
