Job Title : Senior Network Engineer – Process Control Network (PCN)

Experience : 7 to 10 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support secure PCN network infrastructure, including firewalls, routing, and switching.

- Manage Palo Alto firewalls, firewall policies, and network security segmentation.

- Use AlgoSec for firewall policy analysis, compliance, and automation.

- Prepare technical designs, implementation plans, and testing strategies.

- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network security incidents and coordinate with vendors.

- Manage incidents and changes through ServiceNow and follow change management processes.

- Collaborate with global teams to implement solutions and improve network security operations.

- Support BCP/DR activities, network resiliency, automation, and Agile delivery initiatives.

Requisites
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT,



Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls.

- Experience with AlgoSec, firewall policy management, and security segmentation.
- - Knowledge of ServiceNow incident and change management.

- Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols, including BGP, OSPF, VRF, and VLANs.

- Experience in industrial networks, Process Control Networks (PCN), or Operational Technology (OT) environments.

- Knowledge of the Purdue model, Panorama, and network automation using Python/APIs is preferred.

- Solid troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- CCNP or Palo Alto certifications, preferably PCNSE, are desirable.
