We are looking for a skilled Workday Advanced Reporting Specialist with 4 to 9 years of experience in hands-on Workday Reporting. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Workday Reporting and Analytics, with expertise in designing complex reports, managing Prism data sources, and creating calculated fields.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design, build, and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports using Workday.
- Manage Prism data sources, data transformation, and publishing to Workday for reporting.
- Configure executive dashboards and scorecards for HR and Fice leadership.
- Create complex calculated fields to support specific business requirements.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues, resolve data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in hands-on Workday Reporting.
- Proven experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Composite Reports, and Matrix Reports.
- Deep understanding of Workday Business Objects, Data Sources, and BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools).
- Independent problem solver who can work without heavy supervision.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders.
