About the Role

: Senior Manager – Investor Relations

Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced investor relations professional to manage communication between the organization, its investors, and the analyst community. The role will explain EPC and real estate businesses, financial performance, strategy, and growth outlook through accurate, timely, and consistent communication, while supporting management with financial analysis and market insights.

Role Details

- Location: Head Office, Chembur, Mumbai
- Reports To: Chief Financial Officer; close coordination with the Managing Director
- Function: Investor Relations & Corporate Finance
- Experience: 8–10 years
- Salary Range: ₹18–20 LPA (depending on experience and suitability)

Responsibilities - Core Objectives

- Strengthen Investor Engagement: Build productive relationships with investors and analysts, improving understanding of the business and strategy.
- Deliver Effective Financial Communication: Translate financial results and operational performance into clear presentations, earnings communication, and investor responses.
- Support Management Decisions: Provide financial modelling, peer benchmarking, and investor feedback to support strategic and corporate finance decisions.

Scope & Accountabilities

- Investor Relations Strategy & Engagement
- Develop and execute the IR plan with CFO and senior management.
- Maintain relationships with institutional investors, PMS firms, family offices, HNIs, and analysts.
- Organize investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and project visits.
- Quarterly Results & Investor Communication
- Prepare investor presentations, earnings releases, FAQs, and briefing material.
- Coordinate earnings calls and respond to investor queries.
- Update IR website and annual report narratives.
- Financial Analysis & Sector Understanding
- Analyse financial statements, cash flows, debt, and valuation drivers.
- Track EPC and real estate performance indicators.
- Maintain financial models and forecasts.




- Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor peer performance, sector trends, analyst reports, and shareholder composition.
- Prepare reports on valuation comparisons, investor feedback, and recurring concerns.
- Corporate Finance & Strategic Support
- Support CFO with valuation, business analysis, fundraising, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct industry research for investments, partnerships, or acquisitions.

Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Economics with an MBA/PGDM in Finance or CA qualification. CFA qualification or progress towards CFA is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Experience: Minimum 10 years in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or capital markets, with hands‑on IR experience for listed companies.
- Industry Preference: Listed EPC, infrastructure, or real estate companies preferred. Candidates from other sectors with strong IR capabilities may also be considered.
- Execution Capability: Ability to independently prepare investor presentations, manage earnings communication, engage with analysts/investors, and coordinate with senior management.
- Technical Skills : Robust financial statement analysis, modelling, valuation, advanced Excel & PowerPoint. Familiarity with databases like Capitaline, Bloomberg, Refinitiv/Reuters preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English, strong presentation skills.
