- Generate Leads through cold calling and other sources. Manage a proper Lead Management system to tap current Business opportunities.
- Assist Project Heads in conducting Consumer Surveys, Competitor analysis (to track competition), Market analysis in order to align the sales strategies.
- Regular contact and rapport building with Banks for Project Approvals, facilitation of loans as required by the customers, etc.
- Upkeep and maintenance of all Sales and revenue data for the Project handled.
- Publish monthly and quarterly reports to management and other stakeholders for analysis. Categorization with respect to flats, shops or other office spaces sold and inventory status.
- Work with Collection Team to keep outstanding collection amount low and improvise continuously. Encourage team and guide on effective Collection techniques.
