Stakeholders Internal ZONE TPC TEAM, Trainers of all Distribution Channels - Agency, PD & Rural Trainers of all Distribution Channels - Agency, PD & Rural, Sales Force of all Channels for Training related activities, Purchase for commercials, Finance for payment, DOPs (candidate ID creation for training & Exam related), IT (Insight related updates / enhancements), Legal & Compliance Team for communication with IRDA

Stakeholders External Vendors for availing Training & training related logistics, IRDA Accredited Training Institutes (ATIs), NSEIT - for IRDA Portal related issues

- Undertake UAT for incorporation of changes in system




- Ensure regulatory Submissions on time
- Train the Zone TPC on Process and System & resolve exceptions / escalations
- Ensure enhancement as per business requirement and changes in regulations.
- Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.
