- To perform requirement analysis on customer s requirements and identify/propose a learning solution.
- To design review instructional content developed for various training product types

Responsibilities:

- Understand the client s business problem, propose learning solutions.
- Develop storyboards for different delivery mediums (ILTs, WBTs, vILTs, Blended) keeping in mind learner profile technology requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for content creation review.
- Handle customized ID projects independently.
- Handle a team of writers to execute projects and to provide end-to-end learning solution




- Manage client expectations on the projects.

Skills:

- Skilled in Instructional Design principles and theory, such as Adult Learning principles, Andragogy, Kirkpatrick and Blooms levels, ADDIE model etc.
- Must have designed and developed a variety of training and content including blended learning (with an emphasis on exercises, role-plays, activities) , e-learning, simulations, games, on-the-job and continuous training.
