Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Executive – HR (Recruitment) to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions, with a strong focus on Electrical, Engineering, and B2B Sales hiring.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Handle recruitment for IT, Non-IT, Electrical, Engineering, Technical Sales, and B2B Sales positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and headhunting.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, joining follow-ups, and candidate closures.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate employee induction, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.




- Share regular updates on open positions, hiring progress, recruitment TAT, offers, and joining status.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
- Strong candidate screening, interview coordination, and salary negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment tracking tools.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
