Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage financial reporting, taxation, and compliance for the company's US operations.

- Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and order-to-cash processes.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements under Ind AS and US GAAP.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective finance strategies.

Job Requirements :

- 7-9 years of experience in finance leadership roles within IT services & consulting industry.

- Solid expertise in Audit Management (Audit Management), Financial Reporting (Financial Reporting), Order To Cash (OTC) cycle, P2P process, R2R (Revenue Recognition), Taxation (US GAAP).

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex financial transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
