Job highlights

- Experience in servicing industrial machinery (preferably in the sheet metal industry) . Good knowledge of servo drives,VFD systems,AutoCAD Electrical,and pneumatic controls . Strong analytical,communication,and problem-solving skills . Ability to work independently and manage multiple service activities .
- Prior experience in software development preferred
- Provide remote and on-site support for CNC bending and folding machines Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
- Coordinate with international service teams for technical assistance and issue resolution
- Manage and close service tickets efficiently to minimise equipment downtime Support installation, testing, and maintenance of machines at customer sites
