About the Role:

We re looking for a dynamic social media & digital marketing professional who can drive QueueBuster s brand presence across platforms through engaging content, impactful videos and paid campaigns. This person will not only plan and execute content across platforms but also be the face and voice of our product and industry-led reels , helping humanize our brand and connect with modern business owners. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and understands both storytelling and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:





o Own and manage the monthly social media calendar to be executed across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook o Ideate, create, and execute content in coordination with internal teams o Ensure platform-specific content tone, frequency, and relevance o Create Reels ranging from product features, industry news and fun employees centric content

Video Content Creation:

o Script, plan, and feature in short-form Reels & Shorts covering product features, industry trends etc.

o Assist in production of YouTube videos including product demos, tutorials, and explainers o Coordinate with product and training teams for content inputs and accuracy

Paid Media & Performance (Knowledge and experience of Performance Marketing will be an added advantage)

o Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn o Collaborate with the performance marketing team for creatives and messaging that convert

Cross-Team Collaboration:

o Work closely with the content writer, design team and video editor to deliver quality, on-brand content o Align social and video content with overall marketing goals

Platform Understanding:

o Stay updated on trends, formats, and algorithm changes on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube o Monitor and analyze post-performance to refine content strategy

What We re Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and digital content creation

Strong understanding of video production (especially Reels, shorts, product videos)

Confident on-camera presence and ability to simplify complex product ideas into engaging content

Performance Marketing Experience (Meta Ads, Google Ads) will be an added advantage

Creative thinker with attention to detail, consistency, and timelines

Working knowledge of AI tools, Canva etc.
