Job Summary

We are looking for inquisitive, solution-driven, and skilled technocrats for the roles of Sr Engineer / Tech Lead.

Responsibilities

- Concept Design

- 3D CAD modeling

- 2D drafting / drawing

- CAD Assembly management

- BoM preparation

- Drawing release Engineering

- Electrical Schematic & wiring harness design

- Load & voltage drop calculations

- Technical reviews with all stake holders.

- Support to maintain component & symbol libraries.

- Schematic, 2d/3d wiring harness design.

- Able to solve design problems

- Communication with customer & internal teams for technical discussion

Requirements

- BE/B Tech/ME/M Tach (Mechanical) engineer having 3 to 10 yrs.

experience in automotive Engine / Genset / Chassis /Powertrain domain

- Strong hands-on experience in Creo and Windchill

- Design and develop engine and genset components/subsystems such as enclosures, skid structures, cooling systems, fuel systems, air intake, exhaust systems,



brackets, covers, piping, and mounting structures

- Expertise in design of sheet metal and casting components

- Valuable understanding of Engineering drawing standards, GD&T; and Bill of Material (BOM)

- Design Calculation

- Design Review

Electrical/Wiring Harness Experience

- B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical or Electronics.

- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in automotive wiring harness (preferably in commercial vehicles & HV).

- Knowledge about wiring harness child parts & its selection

- Must have extensive Knowledge of automotive electrical circuit schematics

- Must have knowledge of electrical wiring harness manufacturing

- Good knowledge of automotive standards like, SAE J1939, ISO 19624, ISO 8820 etc.

- Knowledge of auto electrical global standards & testing methods

Software Skills

- Hands on experience on Creo / UGNX / Zuken / Saber
