Job Responsibilities
- Work on approved new products and Projects.
- Verify the design by theoretical calculation and experiments.
- Follow the entire cycle of product development & report deliverables.
- Coordinate with suppliers on quotes and purchase-related activities.
- Conduct the sample validation to check the design if required.
- Optimize the design of existing products.
- Adopt the new features of existing products.
- Support the specific technical requirement of all cross-functional teams.
- Build and validate the proto-model until it gives satisfactory results.
- Ensure all legal and statutory requirements of all products are certified and maintained.
- Maintain all the documents and validation data design files.
- Train the team during the smooth handover of new products and ensure its desired performance and quality.
- Manage the budgets and report on a monthly basis.
- Present the status of current projects on a monthly basis.
- Manage the D & D team on day-to-day activities.
