Your key responsibilities

- Strong proficiency in Excel for building and maintaining detailed financial models and scenario analyses. Ability to develop high-quality presentations and information memoranda using PowerPoint and MS Word. Solid understanding of accounting concepts to support financial analysis, deal structuring, and transaction documentation. Experience in coordinating with clients and banks to manage data requirements, diligence inputs, and transaction workflows. Exposure to legal documentation for financing transactions is desirable to support capital and debt advisory engagements.

Qualification

- Master of Business Administration
- Bachelor of Commerce

Experience

- Business Analysis (3+ years)
- Financial Analysis (3+ years)
