Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting
- Manufacturing unit experience is necessary

Roles:

Accounts

- Complete accounts finalization
- Scrutinize books and ledgers
- Analyze debtors and creditors
- Analyze direct and indirect expenses
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax
- Handle MSME law-related matters

MIS Analysis

- Prepare Machine MIS, Production MIS, Stock Valuation, Trading MIS, Cash Flow, Financial MIS, and Sales MIS
- Prepare any other MIS Reports as required by management

Audit

- Check all sale and purchase vouchers
- Check cashbook
- Scrutinize ledgers and books
- Check monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data
- Check monthly TDS/TCS
- Reconcile internal software data (manual vs. Empire)
- Coordinate with auditors

Finance

- Handle all types of loan work
- Manage banking-related work
- Calculate ROI
- Work on loan subsidy matters

Team Management

- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 members
- Hire junior team members

Qualification:

CA-Inter / M.Com / Cost Accountant
