Roles and Responsibility

- Lead and manage a squad of developers to deliver high-quality software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.




- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.

Job Requirements
