Roles and Responsibilities:

- Translate manufacturing processes, operational constraints and business needs into explicit functional and data requirements.
- Support the deployment, transition, stabilization and adoption of manufacturing digital capabilities across sites.
- Apply data science, Python and Microsoft SQL Server to analyze manufacturing data and support prototypes, MVPs and scalable solutions.
- Partner with technical teams and manufacturing SMEs to evaluate solution feasibility, system impacts, dependencies and integration requirements.
- Support innovation initiatives through intake, evaluation, MVP development, pilot, validation and scale phases.

Skills Required:

- 8 - 13 years of professional experience, preferably including at least 4 years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, manufacturing systems or related technical roles.
- Strong business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation,



process analysis and translation of manufacturing needs into functional requirements.
- Practical data science experience using Python and Microsoft SQL Server for manufacturing data analysis and solution development.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, manufacturing systems or digital manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting system implementations, data-enabled solutions, validation activities or digital transformation initiatives in regulated manufacturing environments.

Good to Have:
- Experience with data validation, GxP controls, data integrity principles or regulated systems validation.

Education: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in any discipline; backgrounds in Data Science, Biotechnology, Biosciences, Bioengineering, Biomedical Signal Processing, Instrumentation, Communication Engineering or related fields are relevant.
