Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Spatial Designer & Architect to conceptualize and design engaging physical spaces for real estate marketing and customer experiences.

The candidate will be responsible for designing experience centres, sales galleries, property showrooms, project presentation spaces, and interactive environments that combine architecture, interior design, technology, and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of spatial planning, architectural design, 3D visualization, materials, lighting, and customer movement, with the ability to transform concepts into functional and visually compelling spaces.

Key Responsibilities





- Conceptualize and design real estate experience centres, sales galleries, showrooms, and customer engagement spaces.
- Develop creative concepts, spatial layouts, floor plans, zoning, circulation plans, and customer journey experiences.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations for client pitches and project execution.
- Integrate architectural design with branding, storytelling, digital displays, interactive screens, audiovisual technology, and immersive experiences.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and design elements based on the project's concept and budget.
- Collaborate with 3D visualization artists, graphic designers, AV/technology teams, project managers, and external vendors to bring concepts to life.
- Translate client briefs and business requirements into innovative, practical, and commercially viable design solutions.
- Coordinate with execution teams and vendors to ensure designs are implemented according to approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits, understand site conditions, and support design modifications during project execution.
- Keep up with emerging trends in spatial design, experiential environments, retail design, architecture, and technology-integrated spaces.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in Architecture,



Interior Architecture, Spatial Design, or Interior Design.
- 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design, interior design, spatial design, or experiential environment design.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating completed or conceptualized commercial spaces, showrooms, experience centres, sales offices, or similar projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max, Revit, or similar 3D design software.
- Knowledge of rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of space planning, circulation, lighting, materials, finishes, and design detailing.
- Ability to develop design concepts and communicate ideas through drawings, renders, and presentations.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, communication, and project coordination skills.

Preferred: Experience designing real estate developer experience centres, property sales galleries, brand experience spaces, or technology-enabled customer environments.
