Spanish Travel Team Lead

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Travel Operations, with team management experience. Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Spanish Travel Team Leader to manage and lead our Spanish-speaking team for the US Travel Process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international travel sales, strong Spanish communication skills, and proven team leadership capabilities.

The role involves managing daily operations, driving sales and revenue targets, monitoring team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experience for Spanish-speaking customers in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate Spanish-speaking Travel Sales Executives.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the US Travel Process, ensuring smooth workflow and team productivity.
- Drive sales performance, revenue generation, conversion rates, and achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Handle customer interactions and escalations in Spanish, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee travel bookings and sales related to:
- Flight Reservations
- Hotel Bookings
- Car Rentals
- Cruise Bookings
- Vacation Packages
- Monitor team KPIs, including conversion rates, sales revenue, call quality, and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
- Coordinate with Quality, Training, HR, and Operations teams to improve process efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, company policies, SOPs, and customer service guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance updates for management.




- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve sales conversions and revenue.
- Ensure effective handling of customer queries, booking modifications, cancellations, and travel-related concerns.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Travel Operations or international travel sales.
- Prior experience as a Team Leader or in a team management role within an international travel process.
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English for internal coordination and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in flight bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, cruise bookings, and vacation packages.
- Strong understanding of travel sales, customer handling, and revenue-driven operations.
- Experience with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage sales targets, monitor KPIs, and improve team performance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and accommodate US shift timings.
