Role Description The Spanish Interpreter role is a part-time, on-site position based in Noida. The interpreter will facilitate clear and accurate communication between Spanish and English speakers during meetings, consultations, and live events.

Day-to-day tasks include performing consecutive and, when needed, simultaneous interpretation, ensuring the meaning, tone, and intent of messages are preserved. The role may also involve supporting basic document translation, collaborating with other language professionals, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.



The interpreter is expected to prepare for assignments by reviewing relevant materials, terminology, and context in advance.

Qualifications

- Strong interpreting abilities, including Interpreting and Simultaneous Interpretation skills for Spanish–English communication.
- Experience with Medical Interpretation or other specialized Interpretation domains, ensuring accurate, context-sensitive language support.
- Proficiency in Translation and related Language Services, with the ability to handle short documents and terminology consistently.
- Advanced fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent listening, speaking, and cultural awareness skills.
- Prior experience as a professional interpreter or in a similar language-focused role; exposure to client-facing settings is an advantage.
- Solid ethical standards, including confidentiality, impartiality, and respect for diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage part-time schedules, and adapt to varied assignments and environments.
- Relevant certification, training in interpretation, or a degree in languages, translation, or a related field is preferred.
