Role Overview

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in finding gifting products, sourcing vendors, and managing orders through delivery. The role involves researching products, visiting local markets and vendors, comparing options, coordinating purchases, and arranging courier dispatch.

Product sourcing-Find suitable gifting products based on the brief, budget, quantity, and delivery timeline.

Vendor developmentI-dentify reliable vendors, request samples and quotations, and maintain an up-to-date vendor list.

Purchase coordination-Compare prices, negotiate terms, confirm specifications, and follow up until orders are ready.

Dispatch and courier-Coordinate packing, courier bookings, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation.

Excel records-Maintain accurate sheets for products, vendor quotations, costs, orders, inventory, and dispatch status.

Local market visits-Travel locally to discover products, inspect samples, meet vendors,



and resolve sourcing issues.

Requirements

- Prior experience in gifting, product sourcing, vendor coordination, or procurement.
- Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for quotations, comparisons, and tracking.
- Experience coordinating couriers, packing, dispatch, and delivery follow-ups.
- Ability and willingness to travel locally to markets and vendor locations.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, organisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage several orders and deadlines at once.
