We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sourcing Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing operations across all project sites located at Baner, Tathawade, and Ravet.

This role requires excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills to maintain a strong and effective network of channel partners, brokers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for all active and upcoming real estate projects at Baner, Tathawade, and Ravet.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and broker networks to generate consistent site visits and sales leads.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new channel partners.
- Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to ensure quality and timely lead flow from sourcing channels.




- Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings with channel partners to track performance and resolve issues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel partner performance to adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, broker registrations, agreements, and lead conversions.
- Attend real estate expos, networking events, and broker meets to enhance the sourcing network.
- Ensure all sourcing operations are aligned with company policies and project goals.
