Role Description The Sourcing Executive – Real Estate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable properties in Borivali and nearby areas. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting site visits, gathering property details, and assessing market conditions to support acquisition decisions. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with property owners, brokers, and developers, as well as coordinating property documentation and assisting with contract negotiations.

The Sourcing

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align property sourcing with business requirements, prepare reports,



and maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and finalized deals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess property values, market trends, and investment potential.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with property owners, brokers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Procurement skills to secure favorable terms and ensure timely acquisition of properties.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting skills where needed to support the identification and engagement of local agents or sourcing partners.
- Knowledge of real estate regulations, local property market in Borivali and Mumbai, and basic legal documentation related to property transactions is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct frequent field visits, and maintain detailed records using basic office and real estate-related software tools.
- Relevant experience in real estate sourcing, sales, or brokerage is preferred; a background in business, commerce, or real estate-related studies is an advantage.
