Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Professional with Core experience in Sheet Metal and Injection Moulding. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, supplier development, commercial negotiations, cost optimization and ensuring timely material availability for production and project requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage sourcing and procurement activities for production and project requirements.
- Handle sourcing of sheet metal components, injection-moulded parts and related manufacturing materials.
- Identify, evaluate and develop new suppliers and alternate vendors.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements and support commercial negotiations.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize purchasing costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and availability.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality and Stores teams to meet material requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and quality-related issues.




- Track market trends, material prices and sourcing lead times.
- Maintain sourcing records, quotation comparisons and vendor documentation.
- Support inventory optimization and reduce emergency procurement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures and policies.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in sourcing within a manufacturing environment.
- Practical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and injection moulding processes/components.
- Supplier development, vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of cost analysis, quotation comparison and cost-reduction techniques.
- Good understanding of supply chain and material planning processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- SAP knowledge preffered.
- Strong communication, analytical and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience Required

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement or purchase.
- Experience in sheet metal and injection moulding manufacturing is essential.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
