**Summary:

As a Solutions Designer, you will be theLead Designer for a portfolio of GreenLiving customersguiding them from firstinteraction to final order. Youll be responsible for understanding theirrequirements, crafting design solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics,and budget, and preparing technical documentation to hand off to manufacturing.

**Responsibilities:

Actas the primary design contact for customers throughout the pre-sales process.

Collaboratewith customers to gather requirements and translate their vision into effectivedesign solutions.

Createspace plans, 3D visuals, and technical drawings using space planning tools suchas Google SketchUp.





Prepareaccurate quotes and support customers with design iterations within theirbudget.

Finalizeall production-ready drawings and hand them off to manufacturing andinstallation teams.

Maintainclose coordination with sales, production, and site execution teams.

Prioritizemultiple design projects and ensure they meet TAT (Turnaround Time), salestargets, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

Evaluateand improve the design experience based on customer feedback and salesperformance reports.

Visitcustomer sites if needed to validate design feasibility and ensure smoothinstallation readiness.

Requirements

**Qualifications

Minimum2-Year Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputed institution.

5+years of site experience (Must understand real-world execution andconstraints).

Demonstratedexpertise in residential projects (kitchens, wardrobes, home offices, etc.).

Advancedskills in Google SketchUp or equivalent for visual design communication.

Strongknowledge of interior detailing, joinery, and cabinetry systems.

Excellentverbal and written communication in English.

Highcustomer empathy, ability to balance design aspirations, functionality, andbudget.

Teamplayer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
