Key Responsibilities

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro
- Strong skills in configuration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and solution architecture
- Experience in authoring resources and workbook creation
- Admin-level Kinaxis certifications are a plus




- Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts
- Knowledge of data models in Demand/Supply planning applications
- Experience in working with systems integration and ETL tools, data mapping, and data flows is a plus
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL
- Demonstrated expertise across the full solution development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional design, testing, deployment, and user training
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Strong communication and training skills to upskill others in Kinaxis Maestro
- Very valuable English language skills in word and writing
- Self-responsible, independent and solution-oriented working methods
- Hands-on mentality
- Willingness to learn and grow in integration technologies if not already experienced
