We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to serve as the bridge between our customers and internal delivery teams. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless solution implementation and customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in understanding customer requirements, designing tailored solutions, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand customer pain points, gather requirements, and define project objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Solution Design:

- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design customized solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop solution proposals, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

Project Collaboration:

- Work closely with the internal delivery team to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively.

Technical Expertise:





- Provide subject matter expertise on the company s offerings and solutions.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including presentations and demonstrations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Prepare detailed project documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
- Deliver regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and client communications.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT services, data solutions, or enterprise software environments.
- Robust understanding of Data Engineering, AI, Cloud Solutions, and Application Development domains.
- Experience in project scoping, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Proven ability to interface effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and CRM platforms (eg, Salesforce).
